the location was good and easily accessible, i guess.
my room was in THE basement, and the stairs were just awful for moving luggage. the noise from outside was REALLY bad, i could hear everything.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They were also very helpful! It's convenient as transportation, shops, and restaurants are very close. The breakfast was fantastic. I definitely recommend it.
The stairs were very steep. I found it difficult to manage them, especially with luggage. My room had a shared bathroom and shower. There also was no air conditioning in my room so it got very warm.

The rock and backstage theme gave the hotel great personality. Staff were very kind. They let me check in early. I also appreciated the provided water in the room.

I found the staff cute and ready to help with directions. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions (museums and restaurants were close). The on-site bar offered reasonable prices, a nice surprise. I appreciated the clean room and modern decor throughout the hotel.
The stairs were somewhat steep. It might be a challenge with mobility issues.
